From health and fitness to relationships and finances, women are expected to figure out the most important areas of life on their own. La Femme University exists to change that by educating women on the 9 Pillars.

That is the entirety of adult life. Nothing essential exists outside of those areas.

“I created La Femme University because I wish it had existed when I was younger. For years, I followed trends. I purchased course after course. I consumed endless content. Yet I still felt stuck guessing instead of knowing, falling for marketing rather than reviewing the facts of what works. I realized we're taught to prepare for a job, not to manage the systems that are the foundation of our lives. I wanted time freedom, financial freedom, and location freedom. Learning online income skills gave me independence, but I knew true freedom required more. Strength. Literacy. Discernment. I wanted to become my own trainer. My own nutritionist. My own strategist. My own decision maker. La Femme University is for women who are tired of guessing. Women who want structure over trends. I built the platform I wish I'd had.
